Refund policy

Exchanges 

If you would like to exchange your order, not a problem! Just email hello@dottydungarees.com and we will help you out.  

Returns 

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at hello@dottydungarees.com for further assistance. We are happy to accept a return as long as the tags are still attached, in the original packaging and the clothes haven't been worn or washed! We will refund you as soon as we receive the originals back at our fulfilment centre for inspection and processing.  

Cancellations 

Our team will do their best to assist you should you wish to cancel your order. However, please note that we are unable to process cancellation once the order has already been dispatched and shipped. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@dottydungarees.com with your order number and our team will assist you.  

Preorder Cancellations: 
Cancellations: Full refunds are available within 30 days after the order is placed. After this date, orders enter production and cannot be canceled. To cancel your order, please send an email to hello@dottydungarees.com with your order number and our team will do their best to assist you. You can read more about these terms in Section 21 of our Terms and Conditions 

 

Defective or damaged products 
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Email us at hello@dottydungarees.com with an image of the issue, your order number and contact details and a member of our team will assist you further. 

Please note, all sale, discounted items (unless faulty or defective) and gift cards are final sale.  

Refunds & Returns Procedure 

We must receive all returns, exchanges and refunds of items within 14 days of your receipt of the product. All tags must be attached, the items unwashed and unworn for the return/exchange to be processed. Any requests for returns/exchanges/refunds outside of the 14 days returns period, will be refunded with store credit.  

Any items received at our fulfilment centre for returns, exchanges and refunds will be inspected before processing the refund/exchange. If the items are missing tags, not in original packaging and have been worn or washed, the item may not be eligible for a refund, or a restocking fee of $10 may be applied and deducted from the refund total.  

Please note that the customer is responsible for all postage costs incurred when returning items and postage costs can apply for exchanges. Dotty Dungarees Ltd will not offer a refund on returned items that are lost or damaged in the post. We strongly recommend that items are returned using registered post and that you keep your proof of posting receipt.
